Italtan Leather Refund Policy

Introduction:


At Italtan Leather, we are committed to providing you with quality products and services. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refunds policy that complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act.


Returns and Refunds:


If you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of payment.


We will provide a refund in the following circumstances:


  • If the product is defective or damaged.
  • If the product does not match the description or specifications provided.
  • If the product is not fit for its intended purpose.
  • If the product is unsafe or poses a health risk.


We will not provide a refund in the following circumstances:


  • If you simply change your mind
  • If you find the product cheaper elsewhere
  • If you damage the product through misuse or negligence



Process for Refunds:


To request a refund, please contact us at info@italtanleather.co.za, and provide us with the following details:


  • Your name and contact details
  • The reason for the return
  • The date of purchase
  • The product description and SKU number


We will review your request and notify you of our decision. If we approve the refund, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and process the refund.


Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
